    A Mahwah, NJ Manufacture of Injection Molding Sensor Components seeks multiple Quality Inspection Technicians proficient in the use of micrometers, calipers, stress testing  and optical imaging equipment to conduct dimensional measuring, stress tolerance and optical imaging analysis.  The successful candidate will have a understanding of stress tolerances and testing methods of composite materials.



    Responsibilities of Quality Inspection Technician

    • Inspect component parts with sensors to ensure compliance with processes in accordance with ISO 9001, AS 9100 and customer specifications.
    • Perform in-process and final inspections on injection molding parts with sensors using micrometers, calipers stress tolerances testing methods equipment to conduct dimensional and imaging analysis. 
    • Follow, assess and re-write procedures, work instructions and rejection report.
    • Conduct internal quality audits and Document non-conformities in corrective action system.


    Qualifications of Quality Inspection Technician

    • Minimum 3 years of quality inspection experience of molded components or devises in a manufacturing setting. 
    • Understanding of geometric measuring, stress tolerance and optical imaging analysis. 
    • Able to read and interpret blueprints and inspect component parts according to engineering and customer technical documentation
    • Experience operating optical imaging equipment. 
    • Associates degree or equivalent from a college or technical school preferred
